Contest Card

I recently entered this card in the World Card Making Day Contest. Since I didn't win, I thought I would go ahead and post this card here. I used all K & Company papers. I cut four squares, stitched them to cream cardstock, pinked and distressed the edges with ink, and then applied the squares to the card. I covered a chipboard heart with paper, inked the edges, and stamped one side of the heart. I punched a hole in the corner of the heart to hang it from a piece of hemp. The "thinking of you" stamp is from the $1.00 bin at Michaels.

Home Sweet Home

A fun vintage card here made with Cosmo Cricket paper, a vintage image from Crafty Secrets, a flower punch-out from K & Company, and a piece of lace from Wal-Mart.
